E-COMMERCE platform Shopee announced on Tuesday that it has partnered SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) upskill their operations and expand into the e-commerce sector.
As part of the SkillsFuture Queen Bee programme, Shopee said it will work with its SME sellers to identify their needs and formulate a training plan to support their efforts in moving on to e-commerce.
For a start, the e-commerce firm will support the training of 30 SME sellers by providing a skills manager who will plan, source, design and implement a training plan tailored to their needs.
