BARELY a month after launching taxi-booking service uberTAXI here, San Francisco-based ride-sharing app Uber is back with a new offering: Uber for Business (U4B).
A platform that lets small and large companies manage their employees' taxi rides through a centralised billing system, U4B bills itself as an app that removes the need for employees to hang on to paper receipts, and for companies to activate multiple credit cards or do reimbursements.
This is because employees simply bill their Uber rides to a single company card on file through a new payment option in their existing app, said Uber.
