Sunnystep looks to gain foothold in South-east Asian market
After its first overseas store in Malaysia, the Singapore shoemaker plans to open more there and in Indonesia

AFTER taking its first step overseas last August, home-grown footwear company Sunnystep wants to make further strides in South-east Asia this year.
The shoemaker will open its first physical store in Indonesia this month, in Jakarta, followed by a second in the same city in February.
It aims to open a total of 50 stores in the country over the next five years, founder and chief executive officer Mao Ting told The Business Times.
