HOMEGROWN energy efficiency services start-up Barghest Building Performance (BBP) is dispelling the myth that environmental sustainability has to be expensive.
BBP was founded in 2012 by Stanford graduates Ong En-Ping and Poyan Rajamand, neither of whom had a background in engineering. Mr Ong started out in banking and real estate while Mr Rajamand was working for a management consulting company.
However, both men had a passion for clean technology and a desire to start their own company. They later roped in CV Kumar to lead the development and technical team for their technology.
