ROBOTIC process automation (RPA) has played a key role in Singapore's handling of the Covid-19 pandemic and could be the solution to productivity challenges faced by local companies.
However, a recent survey commissioned by automation software company and RPA pioneer Blue Prism found that even firms that have adopted the technology face challenges in fully leveraging it in their business.
In March, independent research firm Sapio polled 100 business leaders of Singapore companies that have adopted automation.
