Nova Systems' Asia business divested in management buyout, renamed Heron Technology

THE Asia business of Australia-headquartered Nova Systems has split from the main company in a management buyout by the local leadership team.
The business will continue to focus on its cyber security and digital aviation capability development under the name Heron Technology, the team announced last week.
