Enjoy the full platter of Irish gastronomic delights
From seafood to cheese and even Peking duck, there is so much more to Ireland than just Guinness and Kilkenny!
AS WE head to St Patrick's Day in Singapore, Irish food, beer, stout and cider will be a major part of the celebrations. Many Singaporeans enjoy Guinness Stout, Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur, and Irish whiskey brands such as Jameson and Teelings.
Brands such as Kerrygold premium butter and Cashel Blue cheese, John Stone grass-fed beef steaks, and Irish pork and seafood (especially Gallagher Irish oysters) also take up premium spots on food menus in many of Singapore's top hotels and restaurants.
Singapore also boasts a growing number of popular Irish eateries and watering holes such as Molly Malone's Irish Pub and star chef Andrew Walsh's Cure Concepts restaurants.
