    COMPANIES that have been relying on private funding for growth will have to return to the public market at some point, industry players said.

    They are also looking to the US stock market for signs that valuations are on the mend.

    The expected listing of chip designer Arm could pave the way for a stronger recovery in initial public offerings (IPOs) globally.
