Grab's technology head leaves for a future in crypto gaming

GRAB'S head of technology Foo Wui Ngiap will leave the company on Apr 1 to become chief executive officer of Ethlas, a blockchain-based gaming marketplace he founded with 3 other former Grab employees.
Foo's departure comes at a challenging time for Grab but rides on the boom in Web3 - a vision of the Internet based on decentralised technology.
