WITH fund lives reaching maturity, South-east Asia's venture capitalists are on high-alert for chances to sell their stakes in portfolio companies.
A few just have to look under their noses to sniff out opportunities. Some early-stage investors are increasingly exploring ways to merge assets within their large portfolios, potentially creating a more valuable company when the businesses complement each other well.
