AT A time where the food delivery sector is headed for a meteoric rise, GrabFood Singapore has identified its relationship with merchants as key to its further growth. It has been building up ways to help food and beverage (F&B) businesses lower their operating costs and make full use of digital resources, two major pain points faced by the sector.
Grab has even hired a top executive from the food industry to lead the charge towards engaging merchants.
