A SUITE of standard-form documents has been launched to make the process of structuring a deal faster and more cost-efficient for startup founders and venture capitalists.
The set of contracts, called the Venture Capital Investment Model Agreements (VIMA), hews closely to the essential requirements of startups, investors and the legal industry, and balances the interests of both investor and startup, said the two bodies behind the joint initiative.
