Supply chain solutions startup Advotics bags US$2.75m led by East Ventures
ADVOTICS, an Indonesia-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup specialising in supply chain solutions, has raised US$2.75 million in a Series A round led by East Ventures.
The company helps brands to manage their supply chains in Indonesia's retail market by providing integrated platforms along the distribution line.
Advotics has nine SaaS products that provide solutions across production, warehousing and distribution. Using QR codes printed on product packaging, brands can track inventory along the distribution line and get information such as sales force activities and empty stock.
The startup also expanded its system by including solutions for inventory, routing and collection.
Advotics will use the fresh funding to expand its footprint into the small and medium enterprises market by providing a one-stop integrated online-to-offline system. The money also will help the startup expand its sales team.
"There are millions of manufacturing and distribution companies from small, medium, to big corporations operating in Indonesia. We believe that the US$3 billion enterprise software market in Indonesia will keep growing as more and more of these companies join the digital transformation," said Boris Sanjaya, chief executive and co-founder of Advotics.
