VENTURE firm Tin Men Capital's recent US$2.9 million series A investment into Internet of Things (IoT) startup Overdrive was no blind bet.
Consider that Tin Men co-founder Benjamin Tan was a mentor to Overdrive even before Tin Men was launched. And that since then, Tin Men has had an intimate view of how Overdrive does its business, from introducing new industries to sitting in on customer meetings.
