DESPITE a near-shutdown in China due to the Covid-19 outbreak, it's not all bad for retailers in the world's second-largest economy.
On Beijing's ghost-like streets, delivery scooters are the only sign of life. Despite being officially back at work after the extended Chinese New Year holiday which ended on Monday, people are staying clear of shops, restaurants and recreational areas, preferring to work from home.
