Cloud Alliance gets Series A; BonAppetour scores seed funding

    THE steady start to startup activity this year is holding up despite weak investor sentiment, with two startups announcing on Wednesday that they have received funding.

    One of these is Cloud Alliance, a Singapore-based gaming-platform solutions provider, which has raised US$5 million in Series A funding, led by homegrown private investment firm and venture builder Aetius Capital.
