Companies see benefits of AI but still face challenges in adoption

With more advanced tools that can be programmed and tuned with no code, organisations can get their own AI agents within minutes, says executive VP of Salesforce AI Platform

    [SAN FRANCISCO] When Converge ICT Solutions, a telecommunications service provider in the Philippines, was looking to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) for its business, chief executive adviser Eugene Yeo found it to be an uphill task.

    One of the greatest challenges the company faced, Yeo said, was preparing the data to feed the AI model.

    Converge had to pull data from nine disparate systems and ensure it was accurate enough for AI models such as Salesforce’s Einstein Copilot to make sense of.
