CYBER security has become a major priority, both in Singapore as well as around the world, due to a massive increase in the number of incidents reported
. Data gathered by PwC, along with CIO and CSO magazines, showed that there has been a compound annual growth of 66 per cent per year in the number of security incidents reported since 2009.
According to Vincent Loy, Cyber Risk Leader, PwC Singapore, the state of security preparedness in Singapore has to be viewed at different levels - the government and the private sector.
