Educate, mentor and make women role models in tech sector

AFTER five years of working in corporate communications, Patricia Liu found her passion for technology and decided to pursue a longstanding career in the sector. Her bachelor's degree in business administration was no barrier for her to embark on a tech career.

"It was hard venturing into the tech industry at the start, and I recall being surrounded by engineers who would doubt my ability to deal with all the technical knowledge," says Ms Liu, chief of staff at gaming firm Razer.
