THE 20 football clubs that play in the English Premier League (EPL) are favouring TV rights deals instead of a potential streaming service, as they are reluctant to take the risk of potentially lower streaming revenues.
Since the league was formed in the early 1990s, clubs have enjoyed rights hyper-inflation.
