Equinix opens flagship DC in Singapore

    EQUINIX, one of the world's largest data centre (DC) operators, opened its third DC in Singapore on Wednesday. This will be its flagship DC and its largest in the Asia Pacific region.

    The International Business Exchange (IBX) data centre will be known as SG3. It has been specifically designed to meet the safety and data security guidelines set out by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
