Galaxy Note7 owners cheer news of full refund

But it's not yet clear where to get refunds or how to get a replacement with refunds for the price difference

    OWNERS of Samsung's Galaxy Note7 in Singapore can finally get a full refund for their troubled device.

    The company will also issue refunds for the price difference between a replacement Samsung phone and the S$1,168 Galaxy Note7, which has been discontinued by Samsung less than two months after it was launched.
