New mobile app launched for municipal feedback

THE government is tapping the power of technology and the widespread use of smartphones here to give the public a common platform to provide feedback on municipal issues more effectively.
A new mobile app - OneService - was launched on Sunday by the Municipal Services Office (MSO). This app, developed in partnership with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), is free for download from both the Apple Store and Google Play.
