PAYPAL will be rolling out a regional campaign by the end of the month aimed at millenials - those aged 18 to 34 - to encourage the use of online monetary transactions, especially for cross-border purchases. This is in line with PayPal's global campaign, called New Money, which was launched in February.

The regional campaign comes amid its latest research on millenials' spending habits, which showed that 79 per cent of millenials in the Asia-Pacific region shopped online in the past 12 months. This is higher than the global figure of 73 per cent.
