CLOUD computing has allowed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to be able to leverage on infocomm technologies (ICT) to get huge gains without the need for dedicated ICT teams, according to Anton Ravindran, president of local IT training content and certification provider Global Science and Technology Forum (GSTF).
Talking to The Business Times, he said technology is absolutely important for them (SMEs) in order to increase productivity.
