Square's IPO complicated by CEO Dorsey's potential as Twitter chief
His departure from Square may delay the offer or lower its valuation

JACK Dorsey's role as a potential candidate to become Twitter Inc's next chief executive officer (CEO) is complicating the path to an initial public offering (IPO) for Square Inc.
Advisers for Square's IPO are already making preparations in case Mr Dorsey leaves the company he co-founded and has run since 2009, people familiar with the matter said.
