SINGAPORE Technologies Telemedia (ST Telemedia) is bulking into one of the largest homegrown data centre players in Asia with its latest purchase from India's Tata Communications. The deal ties the firm more closely with tech giant Amazon.
It said on Thursday it has snagged a 74 per cent stake in Tata Communications' data centre business in India and Singapore - a business valued at about US$640 million.
