Tech should be used to create inclusive society: Faishal

    ORGANISATIONS have been challenged to use technology as an enabler for persons with disabilities, so that the innovations that are developed can help build an inclusive society.

    Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, the parliamentary secretary for the Ministry of Social and Family Development, said individuals with disabilities are also potential consumers and providers of services, and that if organisations adopt a "universal design approach" when planning and introducing new solutions, the needs of such individuals can be catered to.
