IT is timely for Asean to start a dialogue and arrive at a regional position on cyber norms, Minister for Communications and Information Yaacob Ibrahim said on Tuesday.
In his opening speech at the Asean Ministerial Conference on Cybersecurity, he noted that this is opportune as global discussions on cyber norms have kicked off in the last decade.
