Zebra Technologies rebrands itself as major IoT vendor
It aims to be known as 'an innovative solution partner that is leading the way in the growing category of EAI'

EIGHTEEN months after its acquisition of Motorola Solutions' Enterprise business, which positioned it as a global IoT (Internet of Things) player, Zebra Technologies Corporation has launched a rebranding exercise called "Visibility That's Visionary". As a major player in the growing industry category Enterprise Asset Intelligence (EAI), the rebranding is expected to reflect that the company helps businesses increase their ability to track critical assets and their condition within their operations so that they can make smarter, faster decisions.
Ryan Goh, Zebra's Asia Pacific VP and GM, said the company wanted to go beyond "the historical recognition of Zebra as a reliable product company". "We want to be known as an innovative solution partner that is leading the way in the growing category of EAI."
