Australia: Stocks slip after US keeps rates on hold

[SYDNEY] Australian stocks slipped 0.28 per cent at the open Friday after the US Federal Reserve left interest rates near zero.
The benchmark S&P/ASX200 index gave up 14.32 points to 5,132.5 in the opening minutes.
