Europe: Stock markets fall at open
[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets dropped at the start of trading on Thursday following drops across much of Asia and on Wall Street.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index fell a few points to 7,540.20 compared with Wednesday's close.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 lost 0.2 per cent to 12,775.66 points and the Paris CAC 40 shed 0.3 per cent to 5,515.36.
