Europe: Stocks close higher

[PARIS] Europe's main stock markets rose at the close on Thursday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.09 per cent at 7,013.47 points.
In Paris, the CAC 40 gained 0.26 per cent to end the day at 5,146.70 points, while the DAX 30 in Frankfurt climbed 0.14 per cent to 11,864.59 points.
