Europe: Stocks diverge at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets were mixed at the start of trading on Tuesday following the previous session's losses.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index gained almost 0.2 per cent compared with Monday's close to open at 6,532.70 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 dropped 0.6 per cent to 9,656.05 points and the Paris CAC 40 slipped 0.7 per cent to 4,203.97.
