Europe: Stocks flat at open

[LONDON] Europe's major stock markets flattened in opening deals on Tuesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index adding a marginal 0.03 per cent to 6,363.60 points.
In the eurozone, the Paris CAC 40 rose 0.08 per cent to 4,920.02 points, while Frankfurt's DAX 30 fell 0.05 per cent to 10,945.35 compared with Monday's close.
