Europe: Stocks rise at open

[LONDON] European stock markets advanced at the start of trade on Wednesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.6 per cent at 7,423.19 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 index won 0.4 per cent to 13,733.70 points and the Paris CAC 40 also added 0.4 per cent to 6,077.75 compared with Tuesday's closing levels.
