Europe: Stocks steady at open

[LONDON] Europe's stock markets were little changed at the start of trading on Tuesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index down fractionally at 7,437.51 points.
In the eurozone, the Paris CAC 40 gained 0.2 per cent to 5,362.75 points compared with Monday's close.
Frankfurt's DAX 30 was shut owing to a public holiday in Germany.
