European stocks slip at open

[LONDON] European stock markets slid at the start of trading on Friday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index down 0.1 per cent at 7,359.16 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 shed 0.4 per cent to 12,124.36 points and the Paris CAC 40 lost 0.2 per cent to 5,367.10, compared with the closing levels on Thursday.
