[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks ended the week with a minor gain Friday, extending the previous day's rally but the advance was limited owing to concerns about a lack of detail from Donald Trump on his tax reform and spending plans.

The Hang Seng Index edged up 0.09 per cent, or 21,65 points, to close at 24,309.93.

The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index sank 0.96 per cent, or 31.49 points, to 3,237.45 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, fell 0.81 per cent, or 16.58 points, to 2,029.73.
