Hong Kong, Shanghai: Stocks close down

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong and Shanghai stocks fell again Thursday, as spiralling tensions over North Korea continued for a second day.
The Hang Seng Index finished down 1.13 per cent, or 313.09 points, at 27,444.0.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.42 per cent, or 13.82 points, to 3,261.75, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, lost 0.69 per cent, or 12.95 points, to 1,872.60.
