Hong Kong: Shares edge down at open
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened slightly lower Thursday after enjoying a strong three-day rally on hopes for central bank stimulus around the world.
The Hang Seng Index dipped 0.12 per cent, or 24.83 points, to 21,297.54.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index slipped 0.19 per cent, or 5.72 points, to 3,054.97 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, edged down 0.10 per cent, or 2.10 points, to 2,039.56.
