Hong Kong: Shares end week with gains

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks finished on a high Friday, extending their gains to a fifth-straight day following another record close on Wall Street.

The Hang Seng Index rose 0.16 per cent, or 43.06 points, to 26,389.23 The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index added 0.13 per cent, or 4.26 points, to 3,222.42 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, lost 0.41 per cent, or 7.69 points, to 1,881.01.
