Hong Kong: Shares open 0.22% lower

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares slipped 0.22 per cent in the opening exchanges on Tuesday following a sharp rise in the previous session that was fuelled by China's decision to cut interest rates.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index eased 51.98 points to 23,841.16.
