Hong Kong: Shares open higher
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks edged up in early trade on Tuesday after two days of losses but traders moved cautiously ahead of a US Federal Reserve policy meeting later in the week.
The Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong opened 0.34 per cent, or 71.79 points, higher at 21,376.23.
And the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index dipped 0.07 per cent, or 1.95 points, to 2,944.72 while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, slipped 0.12 per cent, or 2.22 points, to 1,857.68.
