Hong Kong: Stocks close flat

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks ended largely flat on Monday as traders returned after the Lunar New Year break.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 4.68 points to 24,836.76 on turnover of HK$49.36 billion (S$8.66 billion).
