Hong Kong: Stocks down 0.86% at open

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks fell 0.86 per cent at the open Wednesday, capping off a three-day winning streak, after a sell-off on Wall Street in response to the IMF's decision to cut its growth forecasts for the global economy.
The Hang Seng Index shed 200.76 points to 23,221.76 in the first few minutes. - AFP
