Hong Kong stocks end higher

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks rose Monday as the FBI decision not to prosecute market favourite Hillary Clinton over her use of private emails eased concerns about her bid for the White House.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.70 per cent, or 158.78 points, to end at 22,801.40.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index climbed 0.26 per cent or 8.01 points, to 3,133.33. The Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, inched down 0.34 points to 2,066.81.
