[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks chalked up small gains Tuesday morning after the previous day's sharp sell-off but an early rally was pared as investors fret over the outlook for China-US trade talks following Donald Trump's tariffs threat.
The Hang Seng Index rose 0.16 per cent, or 47.41 points to 29,257.23 by the break.
