Hong Kong: Stocks open 0.26% higher

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks edged up 0.26 per cent in the first few minutes of trade Thursday following a hefty sell-off in the previous session.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 62.57 points to 24,377.59.
