Hong Kong: Stocks open higher on Monday
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened the week with another gain on Monday, extending a winning streak into a sixth day following a record close in Europe.
The Hang Seng Index rose 0.51 per cent, or 127.41 points, to 25,283.75.
And the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index inched up 0.08 per cent, or 2.42 points, to 3,085.93, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, climbed 0.17 per cent, or 3.06 points, to 1,823.26.
